Indirect Tax AnalystAs an Indirect Tax Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with U.S indirect tax regulations, with a primary focus on sales and use tax. You will support the company's tax compliance, reporting, and audit functions, and work cross-functionally with finance, procurement, and business teams in a dynamic, global environment. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and file indirect tax returns (sales and use, property, business & occupation, and other transaction-based taxes) for multiple jurisdictionsAnalyze and reconcile tax data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of filings.Research and interpret changes in tax laws and regulations; communicate impacts to relevant stakeholders.Support indirect tax audits, respond to inquiries from tax authorities, and assist with documentation requests.Collaborate with accounts payable/receivable teams to ensure correct tax treatment on invoices and transactions.Maintain and update exemption certificates and manage compliance documentation.Assist in implementing tax planning strategies to minimize risk and optimize tax positions.Participate in process improvements and system enhancements related to indirect tax compliance.Support the Tax Manager or Director of Tax with special projects as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.2-5 years of experience in indirect tax, with a strong focus on sales and use tax compliance.Experience with multi-state tax filings and working knowledge of relevant tax software.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.Experience supporting tax audits and working with external advisors is a plus.CPA or Master's in Taxation is a plus, but not required.
