Job SummaryThis position is responsible for driving sales, cultivating lasting client relationships, and representing the company within the design and build community by performing the following duties.Essential Job Duties · Builds and nurtures lasting partnerships with trade clients to drive repeat business and loyalty.· Consistently exceeds sales targets by identifying opportunities and closing sales with confidence.· Actively represents the company within the local design and build community by attending and participating in industry events.· Proactively follows up on leads and cultivates new business opportunities to expand the client base.· Demonstrates accountability and initiative, contributing to both individual and team success.· Delivers an exceptional client experience through attentive, personalized customer service.· Upholds the luxury showroom's standards by ensuring organization, cleanliness, and an inviting aesthetic at all times.· Performs other duties as assigned.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.QualificationsAbility to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing a direct threat to the safety or health of employees or others.
