Customers fly across the country and know our staff by name, you are becoming apart of the brand.Role DescriptionThis is a full time on-site role for a Merchandise and Inventory Manager at Rancher Hat Bar in Scottsdale, AZ. The Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing inventory control, utilizing google sheets and other programs for inventory management, communication with team members, and helping manage the inventory of 10 stores on a daily basis.What You'll Do As an Inventory ManagerAssist with helping Store Managers order for all 10 locationsComplete Inventory checks for multiple locationsInventory control systemsMaintaining accurate inventory recordsWork closely with store managersDispersing product from warehouse to other locationsManage our online store and ship ordersQualificationsInventory Management and Inventory Control skillsStrong Organizational SkillsStrong Communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure and high demanding deadlinesAbility to work independently and in a teamAttention to detailExperience in retail or inventory management is a plusThis position may require long times of standing, bending, unboxing and lifting boxes.
