Job Overview: (Sales Coordinator/Front Desk Sales) The Sales Coordinator serves as the first point of contact at the front desk and plays a key role in supporting sales and patient service operations. This position is responsible for scheduling patients, managing phone and walk-in inquiries, addressing patient requests, and checking patients in and out. There are important Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tied to this role that directly impact sales performance and overall patient experience. Objectives: (Sales Coordinator/Front Desk Sales) Effectively communicate the value and benefits of Dream Spa Medical services to patients to better help them reach their goals, encourage loyalty and drive sales. Educate patients using available tools and resources to ensure they fully understand their options for achieving their aesthetic goals. Proactively schedule, rebook, and manage appointments to ensure patients stay consistent with their treatment plans and maintain optimal results. Respond to all patient inquiries and communication in a timely, professional manner Conduct outreach, recalls, and follow-ups to support patient retention and revenue growth Present and recommend add-ons, treatment plans, and retail products with confidence, expertise, and a commitment to delivering the best results for each patient. Guide patients through their financial options, including memberships, rewards, and payment plans.
