About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Director - Marketing to lead the U.S. commercial strategy for TG-C, our flagship cell therapy product. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and is responsible for driving end-to-end marketing, from brand strategy to commercial launch readiness.If you're an experienced biotech marketer with a strong track record in cell/gene therapy and a deep understanding of cold chain logistics, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.Key Responsibilities?? Market Launch & Commercial StrategyLead U.S. go-to-market planning across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases.Collaborate cross-functionally (Regulatory, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain) to ensure commercial readiness.Own launch timelines, KPIs, and commercial success metrics.?? Brand Strategy & PromotionDevelop and execute brand positioning and messaging for TG-C.Oversee creation of HCP and patient marketing materials with agency partners.Lead integrated omnichannel campaigns (digital, field, congresses, etc.).?? Cold Chain & Specialty Product MarketingIncorporate cold chain considerations into strategic planning.Partner with Supply Chain to ensure seamless distribution and patient access.?? Market Insights & Competitive IntelligenceConduct in-depth market research and landscape analyses.Translate insights into actionable marketing plans.?? Stakeholder EngagementBuild strong relationships with KOLs, advocacy groups, and healthcare providers.Represent Kolon TissueGene at industry events and conferences.?? ?? ?? Team Leadership & CollaborationMentor and develop junior marketing staff.Support the CCO with strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational alignment.QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, or business; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Experience12-17 years in biopharma marketing, including 3+ years in cell or gene therapyProven success in U.S. product launches, particularly therapies requiring cold chain handling.Experience in rare disease or specialty biologics is a plus.SkillsStrategic thinking, strong project leadership, and clear communication.Cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.Why Join Us?At Kolon TissueGene, you're not just taking a job "” you're joining a movement in regenerative medicine.
