Benefits Administrator

Salary: $70-$100K Is this your perfect fit?• Are you an experienced Benefits Administrator with strong knowledge of managing, administering and coordinating all employee benefits? • Hiring ImmediatelyIf that describes you, we need to talk!What your day will look like:• Manage, administer, and coordinate all employee benefits including, but not limited to, health, dental, and life insurance programs, disability, medical and dependent daycare spending accounts, retirement plans, and cancer plans.• Manage enrollment schedule and processes for new hire, bi-weekly benefits enrollment. Coordinate annual benefit renewal process• Address employee benefit questions and concerns• Ensure all employee benefits are managed in compliance with policy• Supervise the staff of benefits analysts and ensure they are trained with policies and procedures.
