Merchandising Coordinator

TitleMerchandising Coordinator - Men'sCompensation Range: $60,000-$70,000Responsibilities· Assist in the partnership between merchandising and design to build a balanced line based on empirical data and sales analyses, as well as trend and brand awareness· Assist in the creation and implementation of seasonal line plans by delivery and style/SKU to achieve business strategies• Assist in the analysis of price tiers and pricing architecture to guide Design in developing the men's line; tracking wholesale and retail price points based on margin targets and perceived price value• Track and monitor key items and growth opportunities by category and style• Support the Men's Merchandising team daily and in preparing for key meetings by gathering data, building presentations, and other administrative tasks assigned• Communicate cross-functionally with Design, Sales, Product Development, and Production teams to ensure cohesive processes• Shop the market to be aware of trends, competitive price positioning, and market share• Assist in creating and maintaining weekly/monthly cross-functional reporting tools• Manage and track the flow of samplesQualifications/Experience:· Bachelor's Degree· Must have a minimum of two (2) years of relevant merchandising experience· Must have exceptional analytical skills· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills· Must have proven ability to work with cross-functional teams· Must have strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented· Must have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to support a team environment· Must have excellent time management skills· Must have very strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel· Must have an awareness of trends, competitive price positioning, and market share
