LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a client in the healthcare technology space to fill a Sales Executive role in the Austin, TX area. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience closing complex business deals and consistently meeting and exceeding goals. These positions will travel 80% in their respective territories. MUST HAVE PROVEN HUNTING EXPERIENCE IN HEALTHCARE.Primary Job Duties:Develop a target list of independent primary care doctors and specialists70% new business prospecting through in-person initial sales meetings and presentations with physiciansTrack activities, leads, and pending deals in SalesForce and participate in weekly sales callsContribute new ideas and share best practices with national sales teamProvide ongoing relationship and sales support to recruited practicesWork with Sales and Marketing to drive lead generation with top accounts and new opportunitiesEstablish relationships with local partners and distributorsPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree preferred; Advanced degree a plus5+ years complex sales or healthcare consulting experienceDemonstrated ability as an individual contributor in a highly competitive sales environmentExperience exceeding sales targets with proven ability to generate in excess of $1 Million in salesMust provide reliable transportationMust comply with all HIPAA rules and regulationsInterpersonal Skills & Attributes:Sales orientationProven ability to qualify and follow-up on leads from various sourcesDemonstrated ability to think of creative tactics to drive closure and shorten sales cyclesHit the ground running and immediately drive meetingsAbility to inspire credibility and trust with physicians and their staffMotivated, metrics-driven self starter with an excellent work ethicBase compensation based on experience will range from $90-$100K.
