You'll shape the funnel end-to-end: sales, marketing, growth hacks, whatever it takes to get patients in the door. Think of it as chief hustle officer with founder exposure.What you'll do:• Run scrappy experiments across sales, ads, SEO, partnerships, referral loops• Write copy, launch campaigns, talk to patients, track results• Build a repeatable engine for lead gen ? conversion ? activation• Shape how our brand shows up to patients, payers, and partners• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders, in the office every dayWho you are:• 3-6+ years of startup growth/sales/marketing experience• Hands-on executor "” write the ad and pull the data• Bias to action. Comfortable in chaos.
