We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of construction projects by providing accurate cost estimates.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and required materials.Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentUtilize software tools such as Bluebeam for accurate estimating and documentation.Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate effective communication.Structural steel erection, columns, beams, moment frames, steel fencing, railings, ladders, canopiesQualifications3+ Years of Experience RequiredSpanish speaking a plus but not requiredStrong understanding of construction project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment.Excellent negotiation skills for working with contractors and suppliers.Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols.Proficient in using estimating software such as Bluebeam.Join our dynamic team as an Estimator, where your expertise will contribute significantly to our success in delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget.Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday - FridayWork Location: In person
