StevenDouglas is currently recruiting for a multi-unit retailer located in Broward CountyOur client is looking for a Strong hands on Senior Analyst ready to move into the Manager role. The main requirements(Not negotiable) are:Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting or related fields 4+ years of corporate FP&A 2+ years' experience tracking and analyzing key multi-location retail finance KPIs. Open to 5 days on site Job Description: KPI Development & Monitoring: Create and manage dashboards tracking key metrics like same-store sales, labor efficiency, and EBITDA by location to inform decision-making.Strategic Support: Partner with operations, marketing, and real estate teams to evaluate new store openings, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies using financial models.Financial Forecasting & Budgeting: Develop and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts at both the corporate and store levels, incorporating sales, labor, COGS, and overhead.Performance Analysis: Analyze store-level P&L statements to identify trends, variances, and opportunities to improve profitability across locations.Assist in the development of board decks, investor updates, and strategic finance materials
