This on-site opportunity places you at the center of high-impact commercial and institutional projects"”working closely with design, field, and regulatory teams to deliver quality estimates.This is a full-time, on-site position with exposure to both large-scale renovations and new construction. You'll collaborate across departments and have a real voice in estimating strategy and workflow development.What You'll Do:Create detailed cost estimates for complex commercial/institutional buildsLead plan reviews, site assessments, and cross-functional budgetingInterpret blueprints/specs and collaborate with field teamsContribute to process improvement and mentor junior staffHandle multiple bids simultaneously with precisionWhat We're Looking For:5+ years of commercial construction estimatingProficiency in takeoffs and knowledge of preconstruction processes Experience with either Plan swift, Earthworks Pro, Procore, Trimble, Heavy Bid or similar Strong blueprint reading and cost-modeling experienceBenefits & Perks:Direct path to grow into a VP of Estimating role $110-115k/yr salary (Negotiable based on experience)Health Insurance - Choose from 3 plans, 100% employee premium coveredDental & Vision - Yes, both included401(k) with 4% match - Eligible immediatelyPTO, Sick Days, flexible time-off culture, paid holidays
