Working alongside the Community Manager, you'll help drive financial performance, mentor on-site staff, and take ownership of key processes that keep the community thriving. This is a full-time, on-site position with commission opportunities.What You'll Do Assist in managing property operations, ensuring financial policies and procedures are followed. Support rent collection and strive for zero delinquencies. Prepare accurate and timely bank deposits, reports, and financial documentation. Help oversee leasing activity, maintenance scheduling, and make-ready processes. Step into a leadership role by supervising on-site staff in the Community Manager's absence. Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve community performance and resident experience. Collaborate with vendors to ensure efficient operations. Assist with inspections, repairs, and resident communication. Work weekends as needed to support the community.What You Bring 1+ year of experience as an Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Consultant, or similar role. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and support a team with professionalism and care. Financial acumen and comfort working with reports, collections, and invoices. Experience with Entrata or other property management software preferred. A passion for creating community and delivering exceptional resident service.Compensation & Benefits Pay: $24-$26/hour + commission opportunities.
