We foster a culture of humility, learning, and servant leadership, striving to embody our values of excellence, compassion, promptness, and professionalism in all that we do.What You'll Do as an Inventory Manager: Manage & oversee all inventory activities.Train & supervise staff in inventory best practices.Unpack incoming shipments and stock products.Organize shelves and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse.Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.Reconcile bills with purchase orders and support purchasing paperwork.Expand your knowledge of purchasing processes and procurement.Work full-time Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.Our Ideal Inventory Manager:Experienced: 2+ years in warehouse operations and at least 1 year in a leadership role with the ability to train and supervise staff.Detail-oriented: Ensures accuracy in inventory counts, purchasing reconciliation, and recordkeeping.Organized: Maintains structured warehouse systems, clean workspaces, and efficient processes.Reliable: Follows through on commitments and supports consistent daily operations.Adaptable: Open to learning purchasing practices and expanding responsibilities.Tech-savvy: Experienced with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.Active: Able to bend, kneel, stand, walk for extended periods, and lift up to 75 lbs.What We Offer Our Inventory Manager:$25-$29 per hour, DOEMonthly bonus for health insurancePaid time offPaid holidaysQuarterly team trainings for encouragement & professional growthSummer picnic & Christmas partyA faith-based, debt-free company experiencing steady growth, where employees are valued, well-compensated, and given a voiceTo ApplyWe'd love to hear from you if you have warehouse and leadership experience and are excited to grow your skills in purchasing.
