We are partnered with a Top 25 General Contractor delivering some of the largest hyperscale and colocation projects in the U.S. They are seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to join their Dallas team and lead mission-critical field operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and drive performance of MEP and fire protection subcontractorsEnsure compliance with specifications, codes, and safety standardsCoordinate sequencing, schedules, and field logisticsResolve technical and constructability issues quicklyOversee BIM coordination and support commissioning readinessMaintain quality and schedule integrity in partnership with project leadershipQualifications8+ years of field supervision with MEP focusProven track record on data centers, mission-critical, or large complex buildsStrong knowledge of mechanical/electrical trades and codesSkilled in interpreting drawings and managing BIM coordinationConfident leader with clear communication and subcontractor management skillsBased in Dallas or willing to travel regionally as neededWhat's on OfferLead MEP delivery on major hyperscale projects in Dallas and beyondLong-term pipeline of mission-critical work with a top national GCCompetitive pay, bonus potential, and full benefitsClear progression within a market-leading mission-critical team
