Property Manager - Residential Apartment Complex Location: West Saint Paul, MNType: Direct HirePay: $25-$28/hr About the PropertyThis 80-unit apartment complex spans three buildings and is supported by a full-time maintenance technician and caretaker. The Property Manager will be the sole onsite management professional, responsible for overseeing daily operations and resident relations.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect rent and manage delinquent accountsCoordinate resident move-ins and move-outsMaintain high occupancy and leasing standardsEnsure compliance with policies and proceduresPrepare and maintain resident filesMonitor curb appeal and coordinate maintenanceRespond to maintenance requests and communicate timelines to residentsConduct regular property inspectionsAssist with basic cleaning and seasonal tasks (e.g., vacuuming common areas, snow/ice removal)QualificationsMinimum 3 years of property management experienceHigh School DiplomaValid Driver's LicenseAbility to pass a criminal background checkExperience with Yardi Breeze preferredKnowledge of Fair Housing Laws preferred (training provided)ScheduleMon-Thurs: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PMFri: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PMMust be available on the 1st and last day of each month, even if it falls on a weekend, to support resident move-ins/outs.Benefits401(k)Dental Insurance (100% premium covered)Health Insurance (50% premium covered)Vision InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
