Social Media & Egg Donor Case Manager

This role blends creative content creation with direct donor support, helping us expand our community while making sure every donor feels comfortable, confident, and empowered.We are a small, fast-moving, female-led team passionate about making family building more accessible. Every team member plays an essential role in educating and supporting donors while growing our impact.Key Responsibilities•Social Media & Video Content•Create engaging TikTok and YouTube videos that educate and inspire potential egg donors.•Develop creative strategies to increase brand awareness and donor applications.•Stay on top of social media trends to produce content that resonates with our audience.•Donor Recruitment & Onboarding•Respond to inquiries from prospective egg donors and guide them through the application process.•Educate and support donors so they feel informed, comfortable, and confident.•Upload and manage donor profiles in our internal database.•Client Communication & Support•Answer phone calls with professionalism and compassion.•Provide helpful information and connect clients and donors with the right team members.Qualifications•Proven experience creating TikTok and YouTube videos (please share examples).•Strong interest in women's health and passion for educating and empowering others.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.•Previous experience in social media management, content creation, customer service, or healthcare/IVF industry a plus.Why Join Us?At Donor Nexus, you'll be part of a collaborative, female-led, mission-driven team where your work has a direct, meaningful impact.
