MEP Manager - Data Centers

We are partnered with a Top 25 General Contractor delivering high-profile hyperscale and colocation projects nationwide. They are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to join their Dallas team, taking ownership of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems across large-scale data center builds.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all MEP design coordination, submittals, and shop drawingsOversee procurement, budgets, and subcontractor scopes for MEP tradesLead BIM coordination and resolve clashes with design/field teamsMonitor installation quality, code compliance, and commissioning readinessWork with project managers and superintendents to maintain schedules and budgetsProvide technical leadership and solutions to field challengesEnsure safety and QA/QC standards are consistently metQualifications8+ years of experience in MEP management or project engineering rolesStrong background in mission-critical or large, technically complex projects; data center experience preferredIn-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, codes, and best practicesProven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performanceStrong technical coordination and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesBased in Dallas or open to regional travelWhat's on OfferOpportunity to manage MEP delivery on some of the nation's largest hyperscale data centersPipeline of mission-critical projects in Dallas and across the U.S.Competitive compensation and full benefits packageDefined career progression within a market-leading GC
