Histology Technician

INDNYMSP3Job Title: Histology TechnicianLocation: New York, NY 10065Duration: 24 weeks assignment. Schedule: M-F 7a-3pPay Range (Local): $48 - $58/Hour.Pay Range (Travel): $2300 - $2500/WeekRequired Experience:Able to gross small biopsies & simple routine specimens under supervision of Pathology Assistant & Supervisor. Exp in embedding & microtomy of all surgical specimens. 2-3 yrs exp in histology for biopsy specimen & derm.Education:Associate's in science & completion of approved Histology accredited program (required). Or bachelor's or equivalent exp (required). NYS Clinical Laboratory Tech License or Certified Histology Tech or Clinical Lab Tech from NYS DOE (required).
