Job Title: Working Foreman - Electrical ProjectsLocation: Atlanta, GA (with travel for short-term out-of-state projects)Pay Rate: $35-$38 per hour (based on experience) + Per Diem for travelPosition OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and reliable Working Foreman to lead Atlanta-based crews on electrical projects throughout the metro area and to travel as needed for short-term out-of-state assignments (typically lasting only a few weeks). The role combines hands-on electrical work with crew leadership, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Candidates must be based in Atlanta and must be willing and available to travelKey ResponsibilitiesLead and work alongside crews on electrical installation, lighting retrofits, and solar farm projects in commercial and light industrial environmentsOrganize and oversee day-to-day jobsite activities, including crew assignments, material coordination, and progress trackingServe as the primary on-site point of contact to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and company standardsCommunicate with project managers and clients on scheduling, progress, and any issues that ariseProvide training, mentorship, and direction to crew members to maintain productivity and qualityTravel as needed for short-term projects (per diem provided)QualificationsPrior supervisory or foreman experience is requiredMinimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience in commercial or light industrial settingsExperience with lighting retrofits, solar farms, and basic electrical installationsStrong working knowledge of NEC codes and jobsite safety practicesAbility to lead by example while working alongside the crewMust be willing and available to travel for short-duration out-of-state assignmentsOSHA 10/30 certification a plusCompensation & Benefits$35-$38 per hour, depending on experiencePer diem provided when traveling for projects outside of Atlanta
