With a reputation for excellence and steady growth in the region, we are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive continued success in thier Lafayette, Louisianna branch.Position Overview:The Sales Manager will oversee a team of 15-30 sales representatives, project managers and branch staff, ensuring performance goals are met and revenue streams are expanded throughout the Lafayette area and surrounding markets. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales management, particularly in residential construction, roofing, or related industries.
