The ideal candidate has 5+ years' experience, is a strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment, and has a passion for baseball.Responsibilities:Develop and execute the visual content strategy for InstagramLead our TikTok and YouTube account launchesShoot and edit short-form video content from concept to final cutEnsure content consistently reflects brand voice and visual identityTrack content performance and adapt strategy based on analytics and business goalsOptimize content through insights and KPIsGrow Nokona's online communityDevelop and manage the social media calendar in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing team, integrating key marketing initiatives and product drops Qualifications:5+ years of content creation and social media experience, ideally in consumer productsExperience working across all major social platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok Ability to shoot, edit, and produce content end-to-endDeep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts content formats and audience expectations Knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and best practicesComfortable working independentlyPassion for baseball a plusTo Submit:Strong portfolio showcasing photo and video content.
