I'm working with a global data and analytics company, looking to add an Escalation Analyst to their team!Location: Alpharetta, GA - 5 days a week onsiteContract Duration: 12 month contract with high potential to extend/convertPay rate: $22-25/hrAbout this role:This team handles all the complaints and tickets coming from regulators such as the BBB, Attorney General, and the CFBP (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau)Heavy data entryManage 20-25 cases on a daily basisExperience:Regulatory or Compliance background (this can be an internship or entry-level job)Strong oral and written communication (they will be interfacing with legal and compliance teams, they must be able to draft well written emails and documentsAdvanced organization skills and an ability to manage competing priorities/multi-taskNice to Have - Familiarity with FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) regulationsInterested?
