Through our unique partnership with MultiCare Health System, we enhance our abilityto provide exceptional care to our community.Position Details• Location: Lacey, WA• Schedule: Flexible schedule, 32 patient facing hours for a 1.0 FTE• Call: 1 in 6 weeks, outpatient only, minimal volume• FTE: 0.75 - 1.0• Procedures Available: Colposcopy, vasectomy,circumcision, joint injections, LARC (IUD/Nexplanon), endometrial biopsy, addiction treatment, pain management, and POCUS (Butterfly US)Compensation & Benefits4-day work week (32 patient-facing hours) = $207k/yr with two-year salary guarantee5-day work week (36 patient-facing hours) = $232k/yr with two-year salary guaranteeVacation: 5 weeks paid vacation annually, awarded at the beginning of each calendar yearRetirement: Safe Harbor 401K with 3% employer matchHealth Benefits: No-cost Regence BCBS Gold 500 medical plan for employees; negotiable rates for dependentsDental & Vision: Low-cost plans available through Delta Dental and VSP
