In this role, you'll be responsible for completing maintenance work orders, performing routine property inspections, and handling general repairs to ensure homes are safe, functional, and well-cared-for. You'll also maintain positive communication with tenants to support a great living experience. If you have hands-on residential maintenance experience and take pride in doing quality work, we'd love to hear from you.What will I do?Schedule and perform regular inspections of rental properties to identify needed maintenance and ensure proper care of each homePerform preventative maintenance across multiple properties to avoid costly repairsMaintain and update a deferred maintenance list with property addresses, issues, and estimated costsComplete scope-of-work punch items identified during post-renovation inspectionsInspect subcontractor work on punch list items to verify completion and quality standardsTrack progress of repairs and updates in the company CRMRespond to all maintenance requests within 24 hours of receiptDocument completed work with clear photos and notes for the Project ManagerWhat do I have to have?3-5 years of hands-on residential maintenance experience (multi-family or single-family properties preferred)Working knowledge of basic home repair trades, including electrical, plumbing, drywall, and paintingHVAC certification strongly preferred (EPA Universal or Type II ideal)Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and complete multiple work orders independentlyStrong communication skills to interact with tenants, subcontractors, and team membersValid driver's license and reliable transportation (company vehicle may be provided based on availability)What do I get?Competitive starting salary with multiple bonus opportunitiesMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid holidays and vacationRetirement plan with company contribution matchFamily-friendly work environmentGrowth opportunity with upward mobilityEncouraging leadershipPay Range: $50,000 USD - $65,000 USD
