Job Title: Salesforce Analyst / Administrator (Contract - Maternity Leave Coverage)Location: Remote (onsite not required)Duration: Early December 2025 - End of March 2026About the Role:We are seeking a junior Salesforce Analyst / Administrator to provide coverage during a maternity leave. This role will support day-to-day Salesforce administration, serve as Tier 1 support for user requests, and collaborate with our System Designer to maintain and enhance the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a regulated environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide daily administration and Tier 1 support for the Salesforce platform, including managing tickets and troubleshooting issues.Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, flows, dashboards, reports, validation rules, and approval processes.Manage user access, profiles, permissions, and roles to ensure data security and compliance.Partner with staff and the System Designer to translate business needs into system updates or enhancements.Support change and release management processes, including configuration testing and documentation.Ensure data integrity through best practices in data entry, cleansing, and deduplication.Train and support Salesforce users, promoting adoption and efficient usage.Stay current on Salesforce updates and apply relevant improvements.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).Prior Salesforce experience required; Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.1-3 years of relevant professional experience (junior-level).Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Experience in a regulated or life sciences environment is a plus.Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to support multiple stakeholders.Key Competencies:Tech-savvy, quick learner, and adaptable to new tools and responsibilities.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail.Commitment to data integrity, security, and compliance.Contract Details:Coverage Period: Early December 2025 - End of March 2026Full-time preferred; part-time considered (must be available daily)Remote position with limited travel (up to 5%)
