This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist with strong clinical knowledge, outpatient/retail experience, and EPIC Willow proficiency to provide patient-focused care in a supportive and dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform clinical pharmacy functions, including patient monitoring and consultation.Review medication orders for dosing, interactions, frequency, and allergies.Oversee dispensing of medications and IV solutions by pharmacy technicians.Conduct kinetic drug dosing and medication reconciliation.Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to ensure safe, effective patient care.Support organizational goals through assigned pharmacy duties.RequirementsExperience: Outpatient Pharmacy or Retail Pharmacy experience - RequiredEducation: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree - RequiredLicensure: Licensed by MN State Board of Pharmacy - RequiredTechnical Skills: Recent EPIC Willow experience - RequiredPreferred SkillsStrong knowledge of outpatient pharmacy workflows.Ability to manage a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
