We are looking for an experienced Senior Designer to join our team and play a key role in leading high end residential projects from concept to completion.Role OverviewThe Senior Designer will collaborate directly with Alicia and our team to develop design concepts, oversee project execution, and manage client relationships. This role requires a strong design perspective, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance creative vision with practical execution.ResponsibilitiesLead multiple design projects from concept through installationDevelop design concepts, presentations, and material palettesCreate detailed drawings, specifications, and FF&E selectionsManage project timelines, budgets, and vendor coordinationOversee procurement, ordering, and installation processesGuide and mentor junior designers and administrative supportMaintain strong client communication and ensure design excellence at every stageQualificationsBachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field5+ years of professional interior design experience, preferably in high-end residential designStrong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Canva, Asana, etc.)Expertise in FF&E sourcing, construction documents, and project managementExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailProven ability to manage clients, vendors, and design teamsA strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skillWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on distinctive, high-level residential projectsCollaborative and creative studio cultureGrowth potential within a boutique, design-driven firmCompetitive compensation commensurate with experienceIf you are a passionate designer with leadership skills and a refined design sensibility, we'd love to hear from you.??
