MEP Superintendent - Data Centers

We are partnered with a Top 25 General Contractor delivering some of the largest and most advanced hyperscale data centers in the U.S. This firm has an established presence in Austin and is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to take a leadership role on ground-up mission-critical projects. With a strong pipeline across the region, this is an opportunity to join a contractor at the forefront of data center construction and build your career within a high-growth sector.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all on-site MEP and fire protection subcontractor activities, driving quality and performanceEnsure installations meet project drawings, specifications, codes, and strict safety standardsOversee sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination for MEP systems on fast-track buildsAnticipate and resolve constructability challenges before they impact progressSupport BIM coordination and ensure systems are commissioning-readyPartner closely with senior project leadership to maintain project milestones and budgetsPromote a strong culture of safety, collaboration, and accountability on siteQualifications8+ years of field supervision experience with a strong focus on MEP systemsTrack record of success on mission-critical, data center, or other large technical projectsDeep knowledge of mechanical/electrical trades and relevant building codesSkilled at interpreting construction drawings and supporting BIM in the fieldProven ability to lead subcontractors and drive results on high-pressure schedulesBased in Austin or open to relocation/travel within TexasWhat's on OfferOpportunity to oversee MEP delivery on some of the country's most high-profile data centersLong-term project pipeline in Austin and across the U.S.Competitive base salary, bonus structure, and full benefits packageClear career progression within a nationally recognized mission-critical contractor
