The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, responding to emails, processing orders, and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.QualificationsStrong skills in Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Customer SatisfactionExperience in Customer Support and working with Customer Service RepresentativesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle challenging situations with professionalism and patienceProficiency with computer systems and software applicationsPrevious experience in a related field is beneficialHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plusSalary starting at 18usd/h
