Water Mitigation Field Account Manager

RGI is seeking a motivated Water Mitigation Account Manager/Field Manager who can meet with clients onsite, scope a water mitigation claim, and prepare an Xactimate estimate.PAYBonus and commission plans generate $25-50K (not capped) above base pay of $60-75K. Bonus/Commissions paid bi-weekly, directly deposited with salary pay.REQUIREDAt least 5 years of experience in water mitigation/insurance property restorationREQUIREDAble to scope a property for mitigation due to a water/wind/fire/flood lossREQUIREDWorking knowledge of the IICRC S500REQUIREDPrior experience performing water mitigation services.BENEFICIAL: Knowledge with writing estimates in Xactimate is a plus! But will train the right applicant. If you have Xactimate estimate writing experience for water mitigation, please let us know.Meeting with clients to consult with and sell/sign jobsScope the property and create estimates with Xactimate.Communicate with all materially interested parties (Insurance Adjusters, Homeowners, Tenants, Property Managers).Manage the Crews from start to finish on all jobs they have sold.Keep track of all jobs with the accounting department and make sure we are invoicing properly.Must be a people-person who enjoys talking with other people and who has a desire to help others who have just experienced a loss at their home or business, calm them, and help them understand what steps come next in the mitigation and restoration processes.Critical thinking - ability to identify problems, engineer a solution, and implementFollow-up - Ability to follow up with lingering perspective clients and current ongoing customer's projects to ensure processes are being adhered to and we're meeting expectations set forth to the customer.Negotiator - Ability to step in and resolve conflicts or concerns with customers/potential customers, should they arise.Desire for personal and professional growthCompany vehicle and fuel card provided.Company phone and laptop provided.Remediation Group, Inc.
