Project Superintendent - Heavy Civil

Metric Geo are actively recruiting for a seasoned Project Superintendent to lead construction efforts for a large & reputable GC in the South Florida region. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on guiding field operations, enforcing high quality standards, and ensuring project performance on complex structural builds. The ideal candidate will have a robust track record in managing structural scopes (concrete, steel, etc.), strong collaboration skills, and the drive to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.Key Responsibilities & Requirements:Oversee all field operations for structural projects, including concrete, steel, and related scopesMonitor schedule, quality, and safety compliance across trades and subcontractorsCoordinate with project leadership, design teams, and client representatives on technical executionLead, mentor, and manage field staff and subcontractors to deliver high performanceMinimum of 7+ years of experience in structural construction supervision or project-level field leadership
