Annual Salary: $100k-$180k (varies depending on years of experience)We are looking for a skilled and motivated Advanced Practice Provider to provide both patient care and leadership within our client's practice. This role combines direct clinical responsibilities with oversight of nursing and patient support staff. The Clinical Supervisor works alongside physicians and the broader care team to ensure high-quality, efficient, and compliant patient services.Key Responsibilities:Provide individualized, compassionate patient care throughout the treatment cyclePerform baseline and follow-up ultrasounds, including monitoring for IUI and IVF cyclesComplete FDA-required screenings, histories, and lab reviews; sign off on initial determinations for complianceManage treatment plans for patients undergoing fertility treatments, including IUI and IVF protocolsCounsel patients on reproductive hormones, embryology, and andrology findings and their implications for treatment outcomesPerform daily chart audits, cycle start readiness reviews, and pre/post-procedure evaluationsParticipate in on-call rotation for after-hours patient concernsProvide consults for outside or self-referred patients seeking sperm cryopreservationLead, mentor, and develop nursing staff and patient navigators to maintain a collaborative and supportive team environmentOversee clinical quality, efficiency, and adherence to protocols and policiesPartner with practice leadership, medical directors, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory readiness.Prepare for and participate in inspections and audits by regulatory bodiesAddress escalated patient concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution in alignment with quality standardsImplement and coordinate training programs for clinical staff in collaboration with relevant departmentsMonitor compliance-related issues, investigate complaints, and report findings to leadership as requiredAccurately document all patient encounters in the electronic medical record (EMR)Complete necessary forms, requisitions, and patient portal requests in a timely mannerMaintain patient confidentiality and safeguard health informationCommunicate clearly and compassionately with patients, answering questions and addressing concerns with professionalismQualifications:Current NP or PA license in good standingStrong clinical judgment and procedural skills, with knowledge of evidence-based practiceDemonstrated leadership ability with experience supervising clinical teams preferredProfessional, punctual, and reliable, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skillsAtlas Search is a tri-state area recruitment agency, connecting new graduates, Advanced Practice Providers, Physicians and Nurse Leaders to hospitals, clinics, multi-specialty groups, nursing homes, managed care companies, private practices, and healthcare start-ups.If you would like to learn more about the opportunities we offer, please submit your CV for consideration here.
