Millions of people live with Atrial Fibrillation (AFib), a chronic condition that is often debilitating and under-treated. Access to timely, specialized care from electrophysiologists (EPs) remains a persistent challenge in many communities. Current Clinic is pioneering a new model, establishing a network of specialized, EP-focused ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) to expand capacity and bring life-changing treatment closer to home.We are seeking a Project Manager to be a central leader in this mission. As part of our small, foundational team, you will be a key player in a highly ambitious group. You will orchestrate the complex execution of new facility builds, managing every detail from foundation to final finish to create best-in-class clinical environments for our patients and staff.What You Will Be DoingYou will be the driving force behind the construction of our new clinics, responsible for bringing each project to life. This includes:Lead site acquisitionHelp identify and source potential sites for new clinic buildsPartner with real estate teams to evaluate locations and ensure suitability for our needsLead project executionDevelop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for all de novo construction sitesServe as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring every milestone is metOrchestrate cross-functional collaborationAct as the primary interface with all external partners, including architects, engineers, general contractors, and vendorsCoordinate the work of internal teams, from real estate to legal and clinical operationsEnsure best-in-class qualityFacilitate key decisions to build an exceptional patient and staff experience, with a keen eye for the small details that create a great spaceManage site logistics and oversee the acquisition and delivery of essential items like medical equipment, interior and exterior signage, and parking infrastructureManage risk and resourcesProactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategiesOversee the allocation of project resources, from budgets to personnelWhat We're Looking ForA seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in project management, with a specific focus on construction, real estate development, or healthcare facility build-outFamiliarity with healthcare compliance and regulations related to facility constructionA detail-oriented executor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can translate high-level strategy into actionable plansExceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneouslyA natural collaborator with a clear, warm communication style and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partnersProficiency with project management and collaboration softwareA proactive problem-solver who can anticipate challenges and find creative solutionsWillingness to travel to project sites across the U.S.Bonus PointsExperience with the ambulatory surgery center (ASC) model of facility constructionPMP or other relevant project management certificationsExperience in a startup or high-growth environment
