Reporting directly to the President & CEO, this role oversees product selection, assortment planning, pricing strategies, vendor negotiations, and inventory management "” all while aligning merchandising initiatives with our brand vision, customer expectations, and business objectives.What You'll DoStrategic LeadershipDevelop and execute merchandising plans aligned with company goals. Monitor market trends and collaborate with executive leadership on business targets.Assortment & Product PlanningLead assortment planning to ensure a compelling and balanced mix. Oversee SKU rationalization to optimize performance.Vendor & Supplier ManagementBuild strong vendor relationships and negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional programs.Financial OversightManage budgets, sales and inventory plans, and margin targets; analyze trends and implement improvement strategies.Team DevelopmentLead, mentor, and grow a high-performing merchandising team.
