SENIOR PROJECT MANAGEROVERVIEW & JOB DESCRIPTIONROLE OVERVIEWWestridge Construction Partners LLC (WCP) is a full-service general contractor located in Raleigh, NC with projects in Virginia and the Carolinas.WCP is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead WCP's team and oversee all client projects in the Carolinas.WCP has a growing and energetic team and this role offers significant upward mobility and room for growth as the company scales.Position will be based in Raleigh and role will require some travel.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and timelines.Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project success.Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure project success.Ensure that project work meets quality, and safety standards.Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.Communicate project status and progress to clients, stakeholders, and management.Oversee unit renovations on multiple properties to create property value.Supervise subcontractor day-to-day operations and problem-solving in the field.PREREQUISITES5+ years of experience in construction project management.Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of project management software and tools.Familiarity with construction industry regulations, codes, and standards.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience managing and leading teams.Experience with multifamily construction projects and interior renovations preferred.Familiarity with construction regulations and permitting processes.COMPENSATION & BENEFITSHealth insurancePaid time offCar stipendPerformance-based bonus structureBenefits:401(k)Health insuranceLife insurancePaid time off
