Director Cardiopulmonary Services

Healthcare system looking to bring on Director Cardiopulmonary Services! Sign On Bonus and Relocation! Coordination and management of activities and resources of inpatient and outpatient clinical services for Cardiopulmonary Services. Responsible for staffing, regulatory competence and compliance and communication with other leadership peers. Will work as a key member of the management team and will assume 24-hour accountability for overall management and for the delivery of quality patient care to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Skill in problem-solving techniques, to adapt to new situations, use effective conflict resolution techniquesAbilities to assess situations and set prioritiesEDUCATION Graduate of a Respiratory Care ProgramBaccalaureate degree in related service lines and/or Business Administration EXPERIENCE Prefer 3 years Cardiopulmonary Management experienceMinimum 3-5 years' clinical experience in related field of serviceCERTIFICATE/LICENSE Current Iowa Respiratory Care Practitioners LicenseNBRC Credentials Iowa Mandatory Reporter - Child and Dependent Adult Abuse Certificates
