This role is very hands-on and will require you to manage trades, oversee light renovation work, and occasionally step in to complete tasks yourself when needed. You'll help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality, while also assisting with punch-out work and project closeouts.Responsibilities & Duties:Source and coordinate trades including paint, cleaning, renovation, and restoration partnersAssist in managing turnkey services and restoration/mitigation projectsOversee light renovation work (paint, drywall, minor repairs)Perform punch-out work and ensure quality standards are met before project completionSupport project managers with scheduling, resource coordination, and subcontractor managementStep in as a "doer" when needed"”helping on-site with basic tasks to keep projects moving forwardEnsure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standardsCommunicate effectively with clients, trades, and internal teams to keep projects on trackQualifications:At least 2 years of experience in construction, renovation, or project coordination (multi-family industry experience preferred)Strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to oversee and occasionally perform light construction tasks (painting, drywall, etc.)Comfortable managing subcontractors and building strong trade relationshipsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsHands-on, proactive approach with willingness to jump in where neededProficiency with Microsoft Office and/or construction management software a plusOther:All offers of employment are contingent upon a drug panel and a background checkValid US Driver's License and insured automobile is requiredYour information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelinesWe are not working with external recruiters or search firms for this position - please do not reach out.
