Facilities & Maintenance Manager OverviewA leading manufacturer is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager to drive operational integrity, reliability, and continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing and warehouse facilities. This strategic role ensures equipment uptime, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness while spearheading capital projects and reducing downtime.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee maintenance and operational readiness of all manufacturing and warehouse facilitiesManage production equipment, utilities, and infrastructure; lead preventive and predictive maintenance programsPlan and implement multi-site maintenance strategies that align with production, sustainability, and cost-efficiency goalsLead capital (CAPEX) projects, including equipment upgrades and facility expansions, managing timelines and budgetsStandardize maintenance procedures, documentation, and compliance across sites, ensuring readiness for BRC/SQF and other GFSI auditsBuild and mentor high-performing maintenance teams and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvementCollaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive efficiency and asset performanceQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred7+ years of facilities/maintenance leadership within food or beverage manufacturingProven success managing multi-site operations and leading cross-functional teamsStrong knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, CMMS systems, and GFSI audit standardsDemonstrated ability to lead CAPEX projects from concept through completionWork EnvironmentMulti-site beverage production and warehouse environment with on-site presence and occasional travel. Physical activity required, including plant floor inspections and equipment evaluations.Compensation & Benefits Disclosure (California Requirement)The estimated annual base salary range for this role is $125,000 - $150,000, plus potential performance-based incentives.
