You'll oversee a group of 3+ locations and lead the team to deliver exceptional service and performance.This role is ideal for a hands-on, people-first leader who is energized by coaching, solving problems, and driving operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team DevelopmentCoach and develop Center Managers and Assistant Managers into confident, independent leadersSupport hiring, onboarding, training, and team engagement effortsFoster a "One Pack" culture across all centersOperations & Service ExcellenceEnsure consistent execution of the Scenthound playbook at each locationStep in at the center level when needed "” this is a working leadership rolChampion a hospitality-first experience for members and their dogsSales & Business PerformanceGuide teams in growing membership and increasing average ticket sizeMonitor labor efficiency and profitability metrics across locationsAddress and resolve customer concerns with empathy and urgencyWhat We're Looking ForA proven people leader with experience managing multiple locations or large teamsBackground in hospitality, fitness, food & beverage, or automotive service preferredStrong EQ with a passion for coaching and inspiring othersComfortable balancing frontline execution with strategic thinkingExcited by fast-paced, growth environmentsWilling to work Saturdays; Sundays offCompensation & Benefits$75,000-$85,000 total target compensation (Base salary + incentive tied to membership growth, average ticket, and labor efficiency)Paid Time OffSupplemental Insurance OptionsProfessional development opportunities including manager conferences and in-market training.Growth OpportunityThis is not a static role.
