They are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual scheduler to support appointment coordination and front office operations.Job Description:The Center Scheduler will be responsible for managing appointment schedules, coordinating with clinical staff, and ensuring efficient front office operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and comfort working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate patient appointments across various departments (e.g., audiology, optometry, podiatry)Manage scheduling logistics using internal systems and toolsSupport front office operations and patient intake processesCommunicate effectively with staff and patients to resolve scheduling conflictsEnsure accurate and timely documentation of appointment detailsQualifications:2-4 years of office-based scheduling experience (healthcare preferred)Fluent in Cantonese or MandarinFamiliarity with EPIC or similar systems a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCOVID vaccination and TB test requiredHigh level of professionalism, reliability, and adaptabilityAdditional Details:Employment Type: Temp-to-hireSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (on-site required for the first 1-2 months)Interview Process: Single Zoom interview with the hiring managerDress Code: Business casualPerks:Opportunity to join a respected Bay Area nonprofitWork that supports underserved senior communitiesStrong potential for permanent hire with full benefits after 60 days
