Our team is growing, and we're looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Real Estate Paralegal to be the legal compass guiding our property transactions, document generation and review, litigation prep, and compliance efforts.Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):Decode the Legal MatrixReview operating agreements and corporate docs to determine who can sign what, when, and how.Draft with PrecisionMaintain and create affidavits, loan docs, and other legal templates with clarity and confidence.Master of Dates & RequirementsBuild and maintain systems to track key dates, obligations, and accountability across all legal agreements.Agreement WhispererAnalyze purchase and sale agreements, lienholder consents, intercreditor agreements, and more to ensure lender and collateral protections.Code KeeperStay current on Texas Property and Finance Codes, UCC filings, and case law updates. You'll be our go-to for interpreting legalese.Legal LiaisonOften we'll need to consult outside counsel.
