The practice encompasses four outpatient specialty centers and a hospital-based program affiliated with MemorialCare Miller Children's Hospital. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, enhancing patient care delivery, and spearheading marketing initiatives that fuel practice growth. The ideal candidate will be both operationally savvy and creatively driven, with a passion for healthcare innovation and community engagement.Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day clinical and administrative operations across multiple sites.Streamline workflows and processes to improve efficiency and patient experience.Oversee provider credentialing and re-credentialing for hospital privileges, insurance contracts, and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with financial teams on budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.Manage a small team: 3 front-line staff, a Lead Medical Assistant, and a Medical Receptionist.Marketing & Outreach: Lead community outreach efforts to build strong relationships with referring physicians and local partners.Develop and execute brand-building initiatives, including educational events such as "lunch and learns."Collaborate with the social media intern to enhance online visibility and engagement.Identify and leverage new marketing channels to promote services and increase patient volume.Compensation: $45/hr to $50/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
