Job Description: We are seeking a highly responsive and empathetic Call Center Representative to join our fast-paced emergency communications team. This role is critical in supporting urgent patient care by managing high-volume emergency calls, including Code Blue alerts and emergency dispatch coordination.Must Haves:1 year of experience in a call centerCustomer Service BackgroundPlusses:Experience in healthcare or emergency call center Job Responsibilities:Handle approximately 120 emergency calls per shift with precision and urgency.Respond to Code Blue and other critical alerts from nurses, providers, and clinical staff.Dispatch emergency codes and communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure rapid response.Maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.Document call details accurately and follow established protocols.Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to support patient safety and care.Compensation:$17-$19/hourExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
