Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Federal & Concrete ConstructionLocation: Long Beach, CAPosition Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in federal construction projects and concrete/structural scopes. The ideal candidate will oversee large-scale projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring strict compliance with federal regulations, safety requirements, and client expectations.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all phases of federal construction projects, including concrete and structural scopesOversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor performanceEnsure compliance with FAR regulations, safety requirements (EM 385-1-1), and quality standardsCollaborate with federal agencies, inspectors, and contracting officers to maintain compliance and reporting accuracyCoordinate with design teams, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical and field issuesManage multiple Project Managers, engineers, and support staffDevelop monthly forecasts, cost tracking, and progress reports for senior leadershipDrive client satisfaction while delivering projects safely, on time, and within budgetQualifications:10-15+ years of project management experience in federal and concrete/structural projectsProven success managing projects in excess of $20M+Strong knowledge of federal compliance, contracts, and safety requirementsProficient in Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera/MS Project, or equivalent toolsExcellent leadership, organizational, and client-facing communication skillsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferredOSHA 30 required; federal security clearance or ability to obtain is a plus
