Duffield Lane's products are available online, in our two flagship boutiques in MI and in over 300 boutiques nationwide.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations and Logistics Manager based in Grand Rapids, MI, with some work from home acceptable. The Operations and Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics, managing inventory, ensuring effective procurement processes, and providing excellent customer service. This role manages in our e-commerce and wholesale packing and shipping. It is hands on managing inventory and e-commerce fulfillment in the warehouse. This role involves coordinating and optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency and support the brand's growth.QualificationsExperience in Logistics Management, and ShippingProficiency in Inventory Management and related inventory control systems a plusStrong Customer Service skillsExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a team
