Be part of a company consistently ranked among the best in the industry!What You'll DoResolve Warranty Claims within 7 days by coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring high-quality work.Conduct Homeowner Orientations and post-close visits at key intervals (10 days, 30 days, 60 days, etc.).Maintain High Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSI)"”targeting 98% or above.Hold Subcontractors Accountable for timely and professional service.Perform Quality Walks to ensure KB Home standards are met.Collaborate with Your Team in weekly meetings to align on goals and service excellence.What You Bring1+ year of customer service experience in homebuilding, real estate, or construction.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve issues efficiently.Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).A proactive, customer-first mindset with a drive for excellence.Preferred QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degreeExperience with ERP systems and construction managementPrevious work with a production homebuilder
