About the Role: We are looking for a warm, detail-oriented, and organized Sales Administrator to be the front-line face of the company of Academy Fence. This role is central to ensuring smooth communication between our customers and operations team. No fence experience required - just bring your positive energy and eagerness to learn.About Academy Fence:Academy Fence is one of Georgia's premier fence builders, serving both the retail homeowners and production home builders with top-notch service and superior quality.Role Summary:Position title: Sales AdministratorLocation: Winder, GAReports to: President (Zach Lewallen)Start date: October 1, 2025 (or later)Position type: Full timePay$60k salary + $5-10k bonusBenefits: Health insurance, PTO (3 weeks + holidays)Key Responsibilities:Professionally and warmly speak with and schedule our customersAnswercustomer calls with a warm and professional demeanorManage incoming customer inquiries, screen leads, and gather project detailsProvide finalized quotes, collect contract signatures, and collect down paymentsKeep customers updated on estimates, proposals, and project timelinesProvide exceptional customer service that reflects our valuesSupport sales and operations teamsMove leads efficiently through the sales process by scheduling estimate appointments and working with our operations team to schedule job activity, flagging issues as neededMaintain accurate records of quotes, job details, crew schedules, and project status to support reporting and sales tracking through our CRMPrepare, verify, and distribute job packets and information to operations and field crewsComplete and submit 811 utility locate requests to ensure safe excavation before job startCoordinate between sales, customers, and operations to keep projects on trackQualifications:Warm and engaging personality | "People person" You'll be the first impression customers have of our company.
