Marketing Manager

Our people, passion, and projects set us apart, and we're looking for a creative and driven Marketing Manager to join our team.QUALIFICATIONSA degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing; commercial construction or AEC industry experience strongly preferred.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.Strong design proficiency with the ability to create on-brand, compelling visual and written content.Self-driven, organized, and able to work within deadlines.Experience with InDesign, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite software.Experience with Salesforce and Constant Contact (or similar email platforms) is a plus.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead the creation of marketing content that reflects HCCI's brand identity, including proposals, collateral, project features, and advertising.Design and refresh marketing materials to support business development and corporate initiatives.Develop and manage content on the Hillhouse social medias and website, keeping visuals and project highlights up to date.Produce monthly newsletters, project highlights, and targeted outreach emails.Plan and coordinate all-hands meetings, career fair events, and company-wide celebrations, managing logistics, vendors, and hospitality.Support corporate culture by helping organize internal outreach and employee engagement activities.Partner with leadership and project teams to create persuasive proposals, qualification packages, and client presentations.Update and maintain staff resumes, project photography, and team bios for pursuit materials.Coordinate project photography during construction and upon completion.Oversee updates of team photos and other brand imagery for use across marketing channels.BENEFITS401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceABILITY TO COMMUTE/RELOCATESan Jose, CA 95131: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
