This position manages administrative staff, supports leadership and cross-functional teams, maintains office systems and procedures, and coordinates communication across departments. The Office Manager plays a key role in fostering a positive work environment while ensuring that business operations run smoothly and professionally.Responsibilities & Duties:Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations and administrative support functions which may include all aspects of order entry and fulfillment, accounts receivable and accounts payablePerform aspects of order entry and fulfillment, accounts payable and receivable as needed to support the businessSupervise and support office staff, including training, task delegation, and performance monitoring.Develop and implement office procedures, systems, and best practices to improve efficiencyInventory system management; collaborating with the warehouse team on inventory counting and ensuring the inventory record system is maintained with accurate counts and detailsImproving upon and maintaining critical site information lists; including customers, vendor, and product lists. Ensuring accurate details are maintained in the system and updated timelyManage office budgets, including supply orders, office vendor contracts, and expense reportingCoordinate with HR, IT, and accounting teams to support onboarding, payroll, and office infrastructure needsEnsure compliance with company policies, best practices, safety protocols, and confidentiality requirementsPlan and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff as neededAct as a liaison between departments to ensure clear communication and alignmentManage office facilities, including maintenance, equipment, and cleanlinessAssist leadership with special projects, reporting, and strategic planning supportQualifications:At least 3 years of experience in office management or administrative leadershipStrong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management softwareAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environmentExperience with budgeting, vendor management, and team coordination preferredHigh level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential informationOther:All offers of employment are contingent upon a drug panel and a background checkValid US Driver's License and insured automobile is requiredYour information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelinesWe are not working with external recruiters or search firms for this position - please do not reach out.
